ActiveLED^®OL2-SM Series Product Overview

Ringdale provides a comprehensive range of ActiveLED Surface-Mounted Ceiling Light Fixtures with different wattages and CCT color temperatures for varying applications.
The OL2-SM Series products are substantially the ActiveLED OL2 series of 2x2 Recessed Ceiling Lights but in a surface-mounted configuration. In this way, the IES files for the OL2 fixtures are also applicable to the equivalent OL2-SM fixtures. OL2-SM fixtures include support for the ActiveLED Digital Management capability and optional Battery Backup Unit (BBU) as standard:

ActiveLED^® Technology

ActiveLED^® Diffuser Technology

We use state-of-the-art diffuser technology with a minimal amount of light loss in the fixture providing for maximum lighting efficiency. Diffuser choice of Polycarbonate or Translucent.

ActiveLED^® Architectural Features

ActiveLED Surface-Mounted Ceiling Lights are half the height of a conventional fluorescent light fixture and half the weight, putting less stress on the ceiling structure.

ActiveLED^® OL2-SM Installation Process

Installing the OL2-SM Surface Mount fixtures is a straight-forward four-step process.

STEP	DESCRIPTION
(1)	Unclip the Lid Assembly from the fixture and attach to the ceiling structure, using either the J-Box compatible mounting holes or the corner-mounting holes.
(2)	Thread the AC line feed into the Lid and attach to the ActiveLED power supply / driver using wire nuts.
(3)	Reattach (Clip) the LED Assembly onto the Lid Assembly hinge-points.
(4)	Connect the LED elements to the power supply using the provided low-voltage DC cables and secure the LED Assembly to the Lid Assembly using two set-screws (provided).
