The ActiveLED^® SL2 Street / Highway Light consumes at least 50-85 percent less energy than conventional lighting and has a dusk-to-dawn sensor that provides additional energy savings.

With its patented design and superior LED elements, the ActiveLED Streetlight is a reliable light source with a 90,000-hour lumen life, making it a maintenance-free solution for applications where changing bulbs and ballasts can be hazardous and expensive.

Optional Motion Sensor includes an integrated IR (Infrared) Receiver that facilitates the ability to program and re-program the Streetlight's lighting parameters. Maximum and minimum light levels and motion sensor/ dusk-to-dawn timings are easily reprogrammed using the ActiveLED remote hand-held IR Programmer, part number 00-27-0100-0000, see separate datasheet for details.

The only servicing required is the occasional cleaning of the diffuser, equivalent to the cleaning of conventional streetlights.

ActiveLED^® Technology

ActiveLED uses the latest in energy efficient LEDs and LED Modules producing equal or greater light output than HID or Sodium light fixtures. Our state-of-the-art electronics monitor current and temperature of the substrate to assure maximum performance under the prevailing environmental conditions and a Lumen Lifetime of 90,000 hours (90% Luminous Flux).

ActiveLED^® Diffuser Technology

We use state-of-the-art diffuser technology with a minimal amount of light loss within the fixture providing for maximum lighting efficiency.

ActiveLED^® Light Pattern Options

The ActiveLED SL2 series Streetlights are available in either Traditional, Wide or All Forward light pattern configurations.

The Traditional Pattern, mounted at 20 feet high, projects light 3-4 feet behind the pole and has an illumination pattern on the street-side in an arc of about 30 feet.

The Wide Pattern has a broad uniform light coverage. Mounted at 20 feet high, it has a very precise 1-2 foot curb-side cut-off with very little light projected behind the curb line. It has an illumination pattern on the street-side in an arc of about 40-50 feet on each side of the curb line extending to 60 feet perpendicular at 90 degrees from the curb line on the street side.

ActiveLED^® Warranties

We provide mechanically robust outdoor lighting systems; our warranties are 10 years on LED elements, fixtures and drivers / power supplies.
