improve product life time in outdoor situations where there is a certain exposure to lightning and voltage spikes
as well as indoor applications where large inductive loads may spike the electrical system.
Ringdale makes a range of Surge Protection Devices that protect the light fixture to a large extent. Ringdale will
extend the 5 year power supply warranty to 10 years when a Ringdale surge protection device is used.
