The ActiveLED^® SL1-SPT Series Square Pole Top Light consumes at least 50-85 percent less energy than conventional lighting and has a dusk-to-dawn sensor that provides additional energy savings.

With its patented design and superior LED elements, the ActiveLED Square Pole Top light fixture is a reliable light source with a 90,000-hour lumen life, making it a maintenance-free solution for applications where changing bulbs and ballasts can be hazardous and expensive.

The only servicing required is the occasional cleaning of the diffuser, equivalent to the cleaning of conventional street lights.

SL1-SPT Series ActiveLED^® Product Overview

ActiveLED provides two versions of the SLSPT Square Pole Top Light Fixtures for different applications, each fixture is available in Silver, White, Charcoal Grey, Bronze or Brown powder-coat finish:

The SL1-SPT light fixture and the pole-top Mounting Adapter are priced and sold separately.
The adapter is suitable for poles with an outer diameter of 34 mm to 100 mm (1.33" to 3.93"), it attaches to the pole top and is secured with three pinch bolts (supplied).

Schematic & Installation of the ActiveLED^® Square Pole Top Fixture

The following schematic shows how the fixture and the mounting adapter are installed onto the top of a round pole.

Installation of the Square Pole Top fixture with the Mounting Adapter is a simple 6-step process, as follows:

STEP	DESCRIPTION
(1)	Attach the Mounting Adapter to the top of the pole, orientate it and secure using the three provided pinch bolts.
(2)	Carefully remove the two screws that secure the top and bottom halves of the SL-SPT fixture to gain access to the mounting bolts and junction box.
(3)	Using the six provided screws, attach the Mounting Adapter to the top half of the fixture.
(4)	Remove the wiring access cover (two screws) and thread the main AC line from the center of the pole up through either of the mounting arms and into the top of the fixture.
(5)	Using appropriate wire-nuts, attach the AC line feed to the AC power supply / driver that is inside the top half of the fixture.
(6)	Reassemble the top and bottom halves of the fixture and secure with the two screws, replace the access cover.
